RogerCorrigan Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 SIMS Spring 2013 looks good! I've just requested the spring 2013 upgrade files from Capita. But, I tried to get the upgrade off of SOLUS 2 because I can't seem to get SOLUS 3 to work, it's too much of a faf. Anyway, SOLUS 2 doesn't work because there is an error with the establishment number within SIMS. How do I change this?
vikpaw Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 I'm pretty sure it's hard coded at install. You can see it from Focus | School | School Details. I'm guessing, the SOLUS 2 is no longer set up to look out for you any more..

Ashm Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 (edited) You should be able to change it, but you may need a patch. We needed to run a patch to change our DfE number when we became an academy. In case it helps the patch number was 15913, but this was back in September so it may have changed for the later releases. Edited May 12, 2013 by Ashm Added patch number
vikpaw Posted May 13, 2013 Posted May 13, 2013 It looks like it's still the same on KB111374 , but changes will affect all your history, which isn't an issue if it's wrong i suppose. It's just odd that it's affecting you now and not before. How have you done all your other updates?

I have patch 15913 and patch 16300, both come in a zipped folder and I have no idea how to install them, can't import them into SOLUS 3 because they aren't the right file type Thanks in advance, TomHD
