[sims] CTF Export

When we try to do a whole school CTF export SIMS takes forever or sometimes times out. This is on the server or workstations. Everything else runs fine, and other CTF exports are not a problem, it is only when the whole school is selected with all details which we need to update our SPTO system. Anyone seen similar or got any ideas?

You can add a commandtimeout option on the connect.ini to try to help, sometimes thing do hang, and then come back to life.

the other option is to try the reindex patch which should help speed things up, but otherwise you'd have to just do the CTFs in batches, is that an option?

Thanks. That's what we have done i.e. exported in batches and I've put a support request in for the reindex so hopefully this will sort things out.
