How to reflash the ROM from boot up acer aspire 5740 after BIOS lock up?

Hi guys, I am looking to get some help here. I downloaded the BIOS files from Acer for the 5740 named "BIOS_Acer_1.28_Windows" which contained the JV50128.WPH and JV50128.ROM files. I ran the update from windows like it said using the Winflash utility "JV50128.exe" after that the PC shut down and it came back with a black screen. I have been trying to all the recommended ways I found on the internet like...."1. Download latest (of earlier if latest BIOS version doesn't work) BIOS version for your laptop from ACER support portal

2. Find file *.fd in DOS directory (In my case I used the .WPH file without renamed it, and also tried it with the .fd)

3. Rename file name to NEW70X64.fd and copy it to USB or CD/DVD (only one file should be in the media)

4. Remove battery and power cord from laptop, press and hold FN+ESC, plug in power cord and press power button still holdin FN+ESC keys (for a few seconds).
