Done a new install of V9 to replace our V5 install of HAP and very impressed. Just got one issue at the moment though.

You can download documents fine by either double-clicking or by single-clicking and choosing the download option, but if I want to open the file in the browser (PDF, Doc, Docx - anything) and just single-click and then selecting the OPEN option from the top menu bar, it gets stuck in a loop, continously opening and reopening a web page and never actually opening the document. (This is using Windows 7 and IE9). Interestingly the same happens when using iOS, but in iOS I can hold down on the docement I want to open and after a second or so I get the option to open in another window/tab from iOS and selecting that opens the document without an issue into another tab.

Does anyone else have a similar problem?

Thanks for any help

Here's a little more info.

If I use the download button to download a document (MIDI Notes 2011.pdf) from my Music Technology Folder on Drive K it uses the following link: https://my.school.address/hap/Download/K/Music%20Technology/MIDI%20notes%202011.pdf

If I use the open button to open the same button it uses the following link: https://my.school.address/hap/myfiles/#../Download/K/Music%20Technology/MIDI%20notes%202011.pdf and gets stuck in a loop continually try to open and reopen that page. Every so often I get a glimpse of a red error message - something to do with a Key Not Given.

Tried it on my Mac with Safari and getting the same issue as well.

Hope this gives some clue!

To fix this issue, open ~/MyFiles/default.aspx, line 551:

if (item.Data.Traverse == false || (item.Data.Type != "Directory" && item.Data.Extension.toLowerCase() != ".zip")) open = false;
