Compressing Pictures in Microsoft Office

Ages ago, I produced a little poster for staff and students at our school about compressing pictures in Microsoft Office in an attempt to reduce the size of the Powerpoints, Publisher and Word documents that were bloating the network. It had a pretty good effect and I posted it on edugeek.

 

I have realised that it really I really need to update it for Office 2010+, so here it is as a pdf and Word:
