This is a new post that will require you to provide support for all IT functions within the College. As part of the operations function you will be assisting the server/network technicians as well as supporting staff and students with helpdesk queries, desktop troubleshooting and IT resource maintenance.

 

You will have technical experience and knowledge of both PC and Apple products and their operating systems, together with strong problem solving, communication and organisational skills.

 

Working as part of a dynamic team you will build good working relationships with staff and students. Applicants should also be willing to support evening classes and college events as required.

 

Closing date for applications: Friday 10th May 2013. Interviews will be held on Wednesday 22 May.
