RM CC3 RM Application Wizard 2 Hotfix

Hello Guys,

 

Can anyone refresh there memory back to the CC3 days, when you get an error on the RM Application Wizard saying a database error has occurred, now I know there is a hotfix for this that works but I can not remeber which one, can anyone help me out please, were going CC4 soon but still with CC3.

 

Also the CD ROM database is in the correct place, so if that helps.

Have you got the latest version of the RM Application Wizard (v2.26) and RM Hotfixes?

 

Alternatively, you could download WinInstall LE (a.k.a. Smart Packager CE) from here and use that instead of AppWiz?

Hello Arthur,

 

Yes got the latest version of RM Application Wizard, really need this working for multimedia titles,

 

this is the error I get,

 

A database error had occurred,

 

The CD ROM Database was not found,

The database structure was not valid,

Database information could not be read from the registory

 

 

I dont understand why, however in another cc3 school, I had this error and installed this hotfix, but just carnt remeber which one and RM dont have it on their knowldge library so,
