Stupid Printers

I am having lots of fun after installing Sharp Copiers on my network.

 

The new one is this. I have a user who can print to the copier from word perfectly. When he tries to print from Excel and select the copier from the drop down box it jumps back to the local printer and he can't select it... making the copier default doesn't work either.

 

I've had random people saying their printers have disappeared and the loon box where you put in the pin number has stopped appearing.. and the copier do not give an error if the pin is incorrect or not put in so the staff think there is a printer issue. Grrrrrr

Does this happen on every machine the user logs on to? Checked Event Viewer? (probably a long shot in this case, but always worth a look)
