imunro01 Posted April 16, 2013 Posted April 16, 2013 Now that BECTA is no longer, can anyone point me in the direction of anything similar to the old guidelines for staffing levels in a school ICT Department? I'm trying to build a case for our department having an administrative single point of contact as well as the technical staff, as per the old guidelines
