Connection between Office 365 and Outlook dropping out and connecting

Hi

I Have office 365 syncing with the ad every hour

windows 7

Outlook 2010

 

Outlook randomaly dc and then connects

this might occur 30 - 50times and hour

In troubleshooting

 

I have disabled the firewall

disabled forefront antivirus

used various laptops

used 2 privately owned laptops that were only using the internet connection

and outlook continuly drops out

 

 

 

I then installed outlook on 3 virtual servers

2008 r2 and 2008

outlook 2010

and outlook is stable on thoes 3 servers

 

please any suggestions
