To provide desktop ICT Support to users either face to face or from remote.

 

 

You will :

 

 

 

• Have experience of working with Active Directory, WAN/LAN, Windows XP/7 and
  Microsoft Office application.
  
• Be able to establish the needs of the customer using appropriate questioning
  techniques and listening skills and uses them to implement solutions
  
• Work flexibly to accommodate the needs of the service
  
• Carry out multiple activities and prioritise effort while maintaining a
  focus on the customer
  
• Provide telephone and ICT support to end users
