Problem inserting images into Joomla content

OK... I installed a copy of the brilliant EduGeek Joomla package to play with. It went very well and so I decided to make the site live by moving it from /joomla to / on the web server.

 

I edited the config file to point to the right places and all seemed ok-ish for a couple of days... I now cannot insert images into content items.

 

When using the JCE WYSIWYG editor, I am presented with the Joomla admin login after selecting the image. When using the Tiny MCE Editor, I simply get a blank page when clicking the insert image icon.

 

I have tried re-installing JCE to see if it has any effect but to no avail

 

Any more ideas on the back of a postcard please

Silly question but have you checked permissions?

 

You say all was ok-ish for a cpuple of days. Was inserting images ok then too?

Did you guys Manage to figure out what was causing this. i've started geting it all of a sudden.
