EE - Bright Box - Wired Devices

I have an EE Bright Box for wireless at home. I have three printers connected to it. One wireless shows up on the status page but two LAN connected, although showing as steady green lights on the Bright Box LAN display and printing out IP addresses which correspond with those the printer printout pages tell me should be in the settings (and are reserved in the Advance Settings DHCP by MAC) fail to show up in the connected devices nor are available by typing the IP address into the Explorer Bar.

 

EE Support are no help! Both printers come up on corresponding computers by IP address and set up ok but then show as offline.
