Trouoble getting AD user configuration profiles

i am having difficulty getting AD users to pick up the configuration profile i have set in profile manager, the Mac Server OD users pick up fine? any ideas?

Can no one help with this at all, i just can't get mac profiles to react when an AD user logs into a mac
