iTalc CPU Usage on Master

Just installed iTalc 1.03 and added 18 workstations by manually editing the globalconfig.xml

 

When in Autoview looking at thumbnails of each computer, the iTalc process shoots to well above 50% and stays there.

 

I have increased the update time to 20 seconds, but no help.

 

The process usage is directly proportional to the number of machines in Autoview - the more machines, the higher the %

 

Any ideas?

What are the graphical capabilities of your host PC - is it that?

The master needs alot of CPU power to handle a classroom. I'm using a T2500 2.00 GHZ laptop and 32 computers uses about 35% CPU. Nothing much can be done about it.
