Pro Tools 10 & Workgroup Manager

Hi all, ive installed protools 10 and it works fine when im logged in (admin) but it wont grant access to other users when permissions have been given through wgm to the app and folder(s).. Ive tried deleting stored profiles and not signing the app etc but cant get it to work Running wgm 10.6.3
