Dos_Box Posted March 23, 2013 Posted March 23, 2013 It seems the lovely people at Metageek have released a new version of the very handy inSSIDer tool which is designed more for home use. You can find it here, and it is, of course, free: inSSIDer for Home – Discover The Wi-Fi Around You | MetaGeek
Arthur Posted March 23, 2013 Posted March 23, 2013 It's a shame they don't sell a cheaper WiSpy (DBx) for home users.
SYNACK Posted March 23, 2013 Posted March 23, 2013 Not sure about how it compares but there is this: Ubiquiti AirView2-EXT Spectrum Analyzer USB Dongle | Tools | Go Wireless NZ Ltd it only does 2.5G though.
Arthur Posted March 23, 2013 Posted March 23, 2013 it only does 2.4GHz though. That is probably why it's so cheap.
