[ipad] Is it me or is it Wordpress App

I have a lovely Wordpress App on my 'droid with nice easy big buttons and dead easy to use to make a post.

 

Got a school going on trip away this weekend so setup a wordpress blog, got them an ipad, downloaded the Wordpress App ... and its absolute pants!!!!!!!!!

 

Or have I missed something somewhere!!!!

 

IF not, is there a free app that';; do the job i.e. give to teacher , teacher launches app, sees easy-peasy screen, presses button, types words, takes pic, presses post, end-of

Well what's happened is the Mr Wordpress has completely changed their nice easy to use, big buttons even an idiot can use into some nightmare menu driven thing

 

My 'droid app has "updated" to the new interface

 

Someone need to take the developers outside and ..... !

I had a scheduled post with a table in, edited it on the app to change two words and it totally screwed up the formatting in the post, exposing code. Luckily I had used MS Live Writer so deleted it and uploaded it again. I'm not sure what they intend you to use the app for, but it isn't very useful in lots of respects
