Kineo 360 Appraisal Module for moodle

Hi,

 

I've been asked to investigate Kineo's 360 Appraisal Module (Overview of 360 Appraisal Module | moodle) and wondered if anyone else was using it.

 

Its a steep learning curve certainly - the company are especially unhelpful it seems. Documentation virtually nil and uses odd terminology that they don't explain.

 

Any pointers as to what it can actually do would be gratefully received.
