[sims] Behaviour Bulk Interventions

I am working with out pastoral support team, and have been asked to a behaviour intervention to multiple students.

 

For instance they want to add to Sims.net that students with attendance lower than 90% have all received phone calls or letters home. This may be a list of 50 students and it would be convenient to select all of the students and add the intervention date.

 

We are using it to add individual interventions, but I cant see a bulk option?

 

This would save alot of time.

I don't think you can, as they might be different. Even when you bulk add behaviour, i'm sure you have to manually edit the actions for each.

Oh right, in that case does anyone have a suggestion of a way we can record this in any simple way, for instance we can produce letters for all students with a certain number of achievements each week in a mail merge in a few clicks, we would like it recorded that these letters were sent?

When we wanted to track if a letter informing about x lates in a week went out, I made a marksheet for it with an integer aspect to count them. It's easy to add to in bulk and the HoY can easily track.
