Moodle - Dialog box not showing all folders.

A member of staff has explained a strange problem she's getting when trying to upload files to Moodle.

 

When going to Start > Documents (from the PC), there's a folder called "College" as well as many other folders. When going to upload a file to Moodle, browsing the "Documents" folder shows every file and folder, except for the "College" one.

 

It's been happening for a few days and she's tried restarting the PC, using different browsers and clearing all cache and temp files.

 

Anyone have any ideas or seen this before?
