Used ActivBoards

We are looking to purchase ActivBoards from a school that is closing. They have removed the boards and those left no longer have the paperwork or serial nuimbers for the software.

 

Will I have to purchase software separately or will I be able do download and use ActivInspire from the website?

As long as you have a board serial number you can d/l the software form Promethean.

Is the board serial number printed on the board itself?

Yes, usually on a plastic tab on the back in the bottom left corner. At least that's the case for most of my boards.
