Picasa - Is it possible to change settings via script?

Hi Guys,

I have been asked to look into deploying Picasa schoolwide, which I have been able to do, but I want to make the default scanning location "My Documents". Does anyone know how to do this via a script, aswell as remove the annoying "where do you want to scan" window when it first runs..
