[sims] Sims Group Reports

Hi

 

We are using the Sims Behaviour Module, and each day we output our behaviour incidents via a Group report into separate form classes in a word template. This works well however the lists are not sorted by name, and when i try to access the sort section it only allows me to sort by group properties and 'Student Name' isnt listed.

 

Can anyone help me out how to do this?

So you have a report focussed on Group. You then pull in Student Name by clicking on the Students sub-table at the bottom of the list of fields...?

In the right hand panel if you click on the blue icon'ed Students row, then the red icon on the right to do a filter on teh subtable, you can add a filter and also a sort order. I've found this is a bit funny if you just want to sort without putting any filter in place, but you could try it, and if it doesn't work try a filter like first name is not blank or something like that. hopefully it won't affect running speed much..
