Avaya Resellers - I need to pick your brains re the Triple 7 promo

(No sorry, there's no sales potential in this, just Karma).

 

A reseller who shall remain nameless has applied the Triple 7 promotion* to the quote for a new Avaya IP Office system.

 

Another couple of resellers have said "that doesn't apply because your existing system is a Panasonic".

 

From what I can determine from the promo blurb, they're right, but I've been playing phone jenga with Avaya and getting nowhere.

 

Is anyone familiar with the T&C of the promo from the "applicable to these incumbent customer phone systems" part?
