Does anyone else use this access control package?

 

We've discovered that when there's a fire alarm, the software can't wake certain printers that have gone in to power saving mode to print the attendance lists for the fire drill roll call.

 

Paxton know about it but say their package is working as it should :-/

Fortunately the HP printer we use has an option to turn off power saving in the driver so we're waiting to test that it works now.

 

Has anyone else come across this?

We had lots of trouble with roll calls.

 

Printing and them being wrong.
