Install software on 15 Ipod Touches

I know this question has been asked to death but what simple solutions are available?

 

I need to copy an app to 15 ipod touches.

 

The teacher has asked for 15 individual email addresses to sign in with, is this the best solution?

Can you not manage these through something like Meraki? Or even just Apple Configurator if you have access to a Mac.

Thanks, I tried Meraki but it didn't work. I managed to get all the way through to installing the profile on my iPad mini but it never connects to the console.

 

Looking for another solution really.
