Account lock for panasonic TDA100 Extensions

how to lock the extension with account code (not with ext PIN) in panasonic TDA100, In Panasonic 824 i able to do that, but in TDA100 i cant find the option for for verify by toll. i hope any one can help me regarding this matter.
