D -link 628 port forwarding an Virtual sever

I'm an total noob about this i can see my webcam on my computer but i want to see it from the Internet the program is i-Catcher console 5.1 I'm using an webcam as an security camera my router is an D-Link 628 it has both port forwarding an Virtual sever > I can't seem to port forward it .The program.
