ICT Network Manager – full time, 37 hours per week, all year round (APT&C Grade 10, points 33-36 £27,849-£30,011per annum)

 

Required for 1 June 2013

 

Gillotts is a highly successful and innovative 11 - 16 school. We are investing further into our ICT infrastructure and services in order to meet the exciting changes and requirements in both teaching and learning in a modern day environment. As such, we are looking to recruit an ICT Network Manager who will play a significant and strategic role in this ongoing development.

 

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of:

 

 

• Leading the provision of reliable and efficient ICT infrastructure and services
  
• Provide reactive, proactive change and strategic ICT support functions
  
• Provide strategic leadership for ICT services and line manage the technician(s)
  

 

The applicant should be able to demonstrate specialist knowledge and expertise around:

 

 

• MS Server in a networked environment
  
• Networking Windows and Apple Mac desktop systems
  
• Develop and maintain virtualisation technologies
  
• DNS, AD, DHCP and wireless technologies
