Morning,

 

Is there another way of getting into Communications Log apart from Student Details -> Communications Log?

 

Also, when in Communications Log its difficult to pick out contacts that are related to student contacted. Is there a way of filtering when going through logging a student 'Joe Bloggs' communication that 'Mrs Bloggs' has been contacted, when there may be numerous Mrs Bloggs?

Pull up a student record (not in student teacher view) on the right hand colum is a link fo rthe 'Communication Log' this will then open the Communication Log for that child only, click search and this will show any communication for that child.

 

Not sure if this helps you but this is how we do it.

Thanks. Only issue we have is when searching for 'Comunicatee' it brings up all contacts on SIMS rather than those assigned to said student?
