[bug/error] 'Not secure', Chrome 70.0.3538.67

I'm getting a 'Not secure' in Chrome.

 

If I had to guess, I'd say that the issue looks to be that it's serving over HTTP not HTTPS? For example the url for this post new thread page I'm typing on right now is showing as http://www.edugeek.net/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=67

Chrome isn't giving me the option to view a certificate either, unlike say facebook which is displaying as https. So maybe that's got something to do with it.

Until this evening I had Chrome Version 69.0.3497.100 and I was also getting 'Not secure' in that earlier version too, and as far as I can recall earlier versions also.

This is happening, but has been hampered by a very busy summer for us this year with a lot of travel, cumulating with @ZeroHour moving house last week.

The migration would require us to have at least a week or so where we can focus ourselves completely to it, especially immediately post-migration to ensure that not only is everything working correctly, but any unforseen problems can be delt with swiftly.

Trust me when I say that no one is more keen for this migration than us!

Seriously, how this can this still be a thing in almost 2019? I just went through password reset and appallingly, all the generated links are http and none of the reset or login pages redirected to https.

 

Please say Santa is finally fixing this over this holiday season?
