You can lock these down via GP. Create a GPO to disable access to powershell / cmd, etc. and place it in the OU of the students. Done.

Thank you for the reply and sorry for a late response. I have found how to stop script execution via GPO but dodnt seem to find how to disable that via GPO . Please advise.
