Debian install CDs

For the first time I've had to install debian from the DVDs. Usually I use the minimal ISO and update from the internet.

I need a machine to install FreeRadius on. Using debian on a hyper-V virtual machine on win 2008r2. It installed Really fast :D

So what's a mystery is after switching the sources from DVD to the internet ones in sources.list, only 3 mentions of radius can be found. Unlike the 63! in the wheezy repository site.

I've done apt-get update and even apt-get upgrade (which did upgrade files from the internet) but still can't find freeradius.

Anyone know why I can't apt-get install freeradius ?
