Ex ICT4C customers with Sophos need to do this to stay protected

Hi everyone,

 

If you were an ICT4C customer in the YHGFL region with Sophos endpoint security, you should already have been informed that the regional security update server will be shutting down at the end of March 2018, and that you need to contact Sophos to make sure you stay protected from new threats past that point. Sophos will issue you, free of charge, with a new licence for Central Endpoint/Endpoint Protection Advanced which will protect you for 3 more years, but you must contact Sophos before the end of March to get your new licence. Sophos will also help you with migrating to Central Endpoint Advanced, which is the recommended action, but you can use the the on-premises Endpoint Protection Advanced if you prefer.

 

To get your new licence, email [email protected] ASAP and tell them you are a Sophos customer in the YHGFL that used to be serviced by ICT4C. They will provide instructions for applying the licence and any other steps required.
