Blog Entries: 1 Rep Power: 37   |  AV Partsmaster We've used this company in the past for the odd projector lamp and delivery has been prompt (1-2 day). About 3 weeks ago, we ordered 2 lamps within the space of a couple of days from them. The newest order arrived first (about 10 days after it was placed) but the lamp housing was damaged - we phoned them straight away and they arranged for it to be collected which it was. Through all of this, we have been given promise after promise by them that the lamps will be with us "tomorrow" and "definitely there tomorrow between 8:30 and 9:00." Two teaching rooms have been without their projectors for 3 weeks. We know that teachers should only use it as an additional tool and be prepared for this sort of thing; but the AV Partsmaster service has been totally unprofessional and disappointing. I would recommend nobody else uses them if they want their lamps this century. EDIT: lamps turned up few days later. All is well. |
