[sims] Nova-T6: Force auto to schedule blocks against each other?

I am new to Nova and have a similar problem. My 2 are maths & PE which we want to be opposed on sub-schemes (A and B). However the students in for example set A1 maths won't necessarily all be in that same set for PE (and we like to use X, Y & Z for our PE sets). Is this possible?
