    Thanks for all your help. It's a Toshiba MG03ACA 2 TB and like you suspect sourcing a replacement is tricky. Lot of places no longer sell them.

    We haven't no, I'm guessing it has to be the same make and model as the rest of the drives in the array

    Yes that's a very similer message to the one we are getting. One of our drives also has quite a few Media Error Counts. Would this be the drive thats throwing up all the alerts?

    Hello, We have a RM Diskbox and when logging in to do some routine updates we are getting this attached Alert pop up. Would this be a indication of one of the drives failing?
