Thanks for the response. hard to accept that a piece of technology like this isn't savable, but that's what I'm hearing.

I'm a new user. I work as a 4-H Youth Specialist for University of Missouri Extension. I'm headquartered in Newton County MO and work in 3 adjacent counties. We've recently acquired 6 Digiblue QX5 Microscopes and am looking to see if there is software that will make them work with Windows 10.
