Hi Ben, We have installed some new screens - Model RE04A_series, running android version 14, but when we connect them to our pc's (Dell Optiplex 5490 AIO) via a display port adapter, the benq screen displays no signal and the graphics card on the pc crashes. We have a previous model RE603A connected in the same way with no issues. Have you come across this before? Thank you, Will
