I am having the same issue as you. It is happening on 4 Windows 2003 SP1 Citrix servers. These articles relate to the issue I am having: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/910666 and http://support.microsoft.com/kb/895575/ Will try applying the patch to a Development server and see how it goes.
