Have a Clevertouch 65" Plus Series 5th Gen that has lost it's touch ability. Anyone got any pointers? It's definitely the board as even in its own internal OS has no touch. Tried replacing cables, power off/on etc. Is there an ability to hard reset or force a software/firmware update? @Clevertouch_Rob I see you're pretty active here - any ideas? TIA
