I can get into the controller, having difficulty getting multiple devices on there. Fluctuates a lot...hoping its a config issue

Has anyone configured Meru wireless before? I have inherited a very old system that probably hasn't been configured correctly. One of my schools is experiencing Wi-Fi issues and wanted to see who has had experience with this brand. The controller is Meru 1500 and the access points are AP320 Any feedback would be grateful.
