Puzzled by this - we've been using LanSchool for quite awhile. I'm seeing inconsistent behavior on some of the clients and I'm not sure when this started. When checking "View Student Internet History", I get this message on just a few of my machines: "Unable to get the URL history on this computer". All the rest return the list of websites accessed.
All machines are running the same client version (v7.8.1.39). I am aware there is a newer version available, but it's not an option for me to upgrade at this time, and in any event MOST of the clients at this version work correctly.
Any suggestions appreciated!
