Papercut 16.1 - Slow printing speeds for Mojave users

As of the release of Mojave a few months back, we are seeing a large number of mojave users print jobs processing incredibly slowly. Any ideas of where I can look for the problems? Windows printing on campus seems to be fine, same with hard wired network connection school PC's.
