We use Adobe Premier Pro across multiple classes at the same time.

I moved from VMware a couple of years ago to Hyper-V to save a few £££$$$. I now have the option to move back which I want to do. What are the best tools for the job of migrating back, I used to use VMWare Converter for my P2V conversions, I also used 5nine to move from VMware to hyper-v. Both tools were simple to use and didn’t cause any problems. I am wondering if there are any major issues moving back from Hyper-V to VMware. I know the obvious ones about setting up the esx host and changing the SAN so that the storage is correct. Thanks in advance!

My first post: I have about 250 macs in various suites around my college. Most of them are used for video editing, lots of currently use huge files stored on a central storage server. When a student logs on they drag their files, some work off of the central store, they have to upload those files at the end of the lesson, these could be as big as 100gb. How does everyone else deal with the massive files that video editing present in education on macs? If it was a few students it wouldn’t be so bad but I have classrooms full doing a similar thing.
