About Andrew_McBride96

  1. Hi Chris, Thank you for your help. We tried that with the remote but it did not work. It is likely because we are using a universal remote. We just put in an order for a OEM replacement remote, to try that. The reset button sadly did not fix the issue I will keep you posted on our progress once the OEM remote comes in.
  2. Hi I am having the same issue. I have accidentally changed the remote code to code 2, but I have a universal remote that only works with code 1. Now I can't turn on the device or anything. I dont have the original remote so I cant switch to code 2. Anyone know if I can reset the remote codes back to the original?
