Thanks Dan - have now managed to import all of the data. Think it may have been that it was allocating the data to 2017 and 2018 as suggested below. Thought I was going mad!

Sorry for asking a newbie question but does anyone know how i import the KS2 sats results into progresso? I have manually entered the TA ones but was hoping to be able to import the ctf file and be done but can't seem to get it to work. Thanks
