It would be made available should they wish to. It is not a best case scenario solution and in no way fixes anything. I would prefer the TPs to provide a function that can be a date effective range like can be done in SIMS, so staff can use this now before the holidays.

We are trying to find a solution to not being able to see classes for next year in classcharts and SMHW until the first day of the new academic year. Classcharts have said that there is no way to see new classes until the start date. What would the implications be if we were to make the start date of the new academic year a date in August and code days as holiday/inset? Would this effect the census or contracts/days worked etc?? Has anyone got any experience of this issue?
