2. Hi Sorry that's who I meant. Don't suppose you have a support number for ESS ?
3. Hi forum, our school has FMS for another couple of months, but our SIMS/FMS support with a third party support ended in April. When we try and launch fms I get the error below. I think what needs to happen is that we need to download the latest version of FMS to solus from EES, but this is not working. So does anyone have a number for FMS/Solus Support from Capita directly. My understanding is that this support is something we are entitled to without having to go via a third party company.

5. Is there a number or email address that I can fill in. I filled in a contact us form last week but no one got back to me
6. Hi, we are a support company based in East London that provides technical support to schools. We'd like to post an advert for a technician to work in primary schools. I understand there is a fee. Can someone from Edugeek advise on what is the correct procedure to follow is.
7. That's what I thought, but that clearly is wrong, and the smart smart software (the old version) isn't licenced to be used on 3rd party boards. If the smart express doesn't need to be licensed, then that could be a way forward on the 3rd party boards. I think as long as the schools have proof of purchase for the old boards, they can use smart 11.4 to create the lessons, and use smart express on the boards.. that could be a way forward. From next year they can budget an additional £490 per board for the SMART licence.
8. I can't seem to get a site licence, it's essentially per device, and the cheapest I got was £490 per device per year. Is the Smart Notebook express free to use ?
9. WOW.. this is incredible

SLS, 1 year non smart hardware Q11 £498.91 12 £5,986.92

For a software that was previously free. This has to be commercialism at it's very best.
10. Hi, one of our suppliers has bought it to my attention, that smart software (the fold free version), cannot be used on any 3rd party devices, ie Promethean or clever touch boards. Can anyone verify if this is correct? for some reason I was of the impression, that as long as you had one 'Smart' board, you can use the software on all the computers in the school. Many thanks for your help. Regards, Afzal.
